FAQ’s
-
Can I Pick-Up A grazing Table?
We build grazing tables onsite prior to your event, grazing tables can not be picked up. When planning a table, consider your location, outside temperatures, and ability to access your venue prior to your event before booking.
-
Can I customize my charcuterie board?
Yes! With allergies and dietary substitutions aside, we allow our customers to provide us with their favorites and we do our very best to make sure they are on your order. However, depending on requests, your order may fall under a “custom order” and the price of your order may be extra for your request(s).
We are always happy to make your board special for your celebration!
-
How long will my board last after I pick it up?
Every board is made to order for the day you select. We give our boards & boxes a two day maximum after you pick up from us. All boards are required to be stored in the fridge until serving, and once removed and served, we suggest a 2-3 hour window of grazing at room temperature. Charcuterie is a highly perishable product and does spoil if left out of the fridge longer than suggested time.
-
How many does each board feed?
Each board size snacks & feeds each group differently, however we include suggestions in all of our descriptions on each size. Depending on your event, a “serving” equals that of a meal and a “snacking” serving is an appetizer amount of charcuterie for each person. Educating your guests of the difference will ensure there is plenty to go around.
-
Can I change class dates?
Currently we can not accommodate this kind of request unless you book a private class. Open classes sell out quickly and we set the limits so we can be available for everyone. “Squeezing you into the next class” may mean we can not answer each persons questions as efficiently as we would like. Private classes can be rescheduled, however if you purchased a public class ticket, you may request a refund as long as its more than 14 days out from the class date.
